Factory privacy glass is not the same as film
Dark factory glass may provide privacy but does not automatically offer the same solar performance as aftermarket film.
Document the vehicle first
Photograph existing scratches, chips, trim marks, and glass defects before installation. Remove valuables and discuss electronics or aftermarket accessories.
Ask for the complete specification
Record the film manufacturer, product line, shade, lot or warranty information, and care instructions.
